Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will my party bags arrive?

Standard orders are prepared and dispatched within 24hrs of payment receipt (excluding weekends & bank holidays) so please allow between 2-5 days for your order to reach you. A next day delivery option is available if you require them sooner and we will do everything we can to ensure that your party bags arrive in good time for your party date. If there are any issues that may affect this we will contact you in the first instance via telephone. If we are unable to reach you then an email message will be sent. It is advisable to add the date of your party to the comments box at the checkout.

Who will deliver my order?

Orders are processed and dispatched via a tracked courier service. Once your parcel has been booked in with our courier an email notification with tracking details will be issued for your information so you can follow progress online.

How will I know when my party bags will be delivered?

You will receive an email to advise you when your party bags have been dispatched and an approximate date that they will be delivered to your chosen address. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday up to 8pm (excluding Bank Holidays) A tracking reference will be provided where applicable so you can trace your order online along with instructions on how to do this.

What if I’m not in when my party bags are delivered?

Some courier parcels will require a signature upon delivery and items larger than your letterbox will generally require someone to accept the goods. If there is no-one available when they arrive then the courier will use their discretion & a card will be left at your chosen address with details of where the parcel has been left or for re-arranging delivery.

Can I request for my party bags to be left with a neighbour or in a ‘safe place’?

It is standard practice for the courier/postman to try a neighbour should no-one be available at the delivery address. We can add instructions to leave your party bags in a ‘safe place’ if this is your preference. Please note however that these will be followed at the delivery persons discretion.

Who is responsible if my party bags go missing from a ‘safe place’ delivery request?

If you have requested your party bags be left in a ‘safe place’ and the delivery person carries out your request then it is your responsibility should these subsequently go missing following ‘delivery’. In the unfortunate event of this happening then a claim on your own relevant insurance i.e house insurance would be necessary to reclaim costs.
